It's always useful to see what others have said about this programme, so I have collated some comments for you to read.

I would also add that this programme works best where there is direct and regular review, involvement and discussion with staff and SMT - it most certainly is not a hands-off, "I ticked the box" type of package, it requires consistent and real engagement from all.
*Exclusions have been reduced. Children are taking more responsibility for their behaviour, less disruption in class, and an increase in positive behaviour across the school.

*The initiatives taken on have allowed children to be reintegrated at a much quicker rate and with a more successful rate of continued schooling and improved behaviour.

*Pupils’ behaviour improved: fewer exclusions, fewer incidents, faster recovery time from incidents and pupils “owning up” and accepting responsibility for their actions
