Shown here are examples of the sheets that support this programme. It is a very subtle system that requires very careful handling, training and tracking. It is VERY easy to use this system completely incorrectly.

Heard on a recent behaviour policy review training session at a school in which I was working, from a member of staff who was using the system but had not attended the first introductory course:

"What you have just said is completely the opposite to the way I've been using it"

So even having the system in place around you, does not mean that you can grasp it easily, indeed, even those who have attended the introductory and review training can still find some differences in application.

Does this mean it's too hard to do? Not really, it's just that the way we instinctively think is not the way this system works best.
